1% for the Planet - Feeding America

The 2nd organization I will be donating to this year through my 1% for the Planet contributions is Feeding America. Their mission is to feed America's hungry through a nationwide network of member food banks and engage the country in the fight to end hunger.

The pandemic has made me even more thankful that my family has a sufficient, if not at times, an abundant amount of food to feed them. I can't imagine how terrifying it is not knowing where your next meal will come from or if there will be enough food to feed your family.
